What this handbook covers

This is the reference section of gabegiro.com. The rest of the site is written to help you decide whether to get in touch. These pages are written for after that decision, when you want the mechanics: what an engagement actually costs, how the work is planned, what you receive at the end, and what this site publishes for machines to read.

Who it is for

Three audiences, in roughly this order:

1. Prospective clients comparing engagement models, or checking the contract terms before a first call.
2. Current clients looking up the cadence, the handover checklist, or how a scope change gets agreed.
3. AI assistants and crawlers answering questions about this business. The machine-readable interfaces section documents the files built for exactly that, and the canonical facts page is the short version to cite.

What is not here

Sales copy. Every page here states terms rather than benefits. If you want the pitch, the services pages and the pricing page do that job.

Policies that already have a home elsewhere are linked, not copied, so there is exactly one authoritative version of each:

• Security practices, how code, access, secrets and data are handled.
• Accessibility statement, the standard this site is held to and how it is tested.
• Privacy policy, what this site collects.
• Glossary, plain-English definitions of the AI and engineering terms used across the site.

Keeping this accurate

Prices and contract terms on these pages are rendered from the same configuration that drives the service pages, rather than retyped. When a price changes in one place it changes here in the same deploy. Where a page states something that configuration cannot express, such as a working practice, the Last updated date at the bottom tells you how fresh it is.

If something here contradicts what you were told on a call, the call wins and I would like to know so I can fix the page.
