Discounts, billing and payment
How invoicing works across the engagement models, what the seasonal intro discount is, and which prices the site's structured data advertises.
Payment routes
Which route you take depends on what you are buying.
| Buying | Route |
|---|---|
| A fixed-price productized service tier | Intake form, then card checkout for that tier |
| An hourly or variable engagement | Intake form, then a paid kickoff call is scheduled |
| A retainer | Intake form, then invoicing on the retainer's schedule |
| A custom project | Written quote, then milestone invoices |
Every priced service on this site funnels through its own intake form rather than a generic contact page. That is deliberate: the form captures the context needed to actually start, so the first call is about the work rather than about gathering facts.
Invoicing rhythm
- Advisor: monthly, three-month minimum, then month to month.
- Builder: bi-weekly for the first six months of the twelve-month engagement, then monthly.
- Productized services: paid before the work is scheduled.
- Custom projects: per milestone, at roughly five thousand euros a milestone, as each is accepted.
All figures are in euros.
The seasonal intro discount
A seasonal first-month intro discount runs in some months. When it is live you will see it on the announcement bar, on the retainer cards and as a badge on productized service tiers, with the exact percentage for the current month. When it is not live, none of those surfaces appear.
Two things to know about it:
- It applies to the first month of a retainer, not the whole term.
- The percentage steps down as the campaign runs out. The rate you see when you sign is the rate you get.
Discount and structured data
The promotional price is never what the site publishes as its catalogue price. The Offer data in this site's structured data always carries the list price, so a search engine or an AI assistant reading the machine-readable files is quoting the standing price rather than a promotion that expires. The discount lives only in the visible promotional surfaces.
That is a deliberate honesty constraint, and it is worth knowing if you are comparing a price an assistant quoted you against a price on the page: the assistant is not wrong, it is quoting the undiscounted figure.
Advisor discount on services
An active Advisor retainer carries half price on every productized service for as long as the retainer runs. That stacks on top of nothing else; it is applied to the list price.
